When performing our daily or weekly beauty routine we often forget the importance of pampering our hair and providing all the active ingredients it needs to grow and shine.
Who has never wished for that head of soft, thick, silky hair we see in beauty ads?
The trick is to dedicate 10 minutes a day to our hair, creating a routine to nourish it and stimulate the scalp. In addition, because our organism affects everything, it’s always a good idea to follow a healthy diet that includes food rich in proteins, such as beans, plant milk, omega 3, seeds and nuts.
Here are some tried and tested tips for taking care of your hair at home with natural ingredients.
ONCE A DAY
…stimulate your scalp! Your roots need help to stay healthy so that your hair can grow strong and thick. They are your first ally if you want to remedy dry, damaged hair.
For a circular massage use a brush with silicone bristles or use your hands, making slow, circular movements. This can be done on dry hair or after applying an aloe gel rich in vitamin B1 and folic acid. Aloe, used for centuries for its anti-inflammatory properties, acts delicately on hair and deep cleans the hair follicle, eliminating any grease deposits.
Wine also has beneficial effects on skin and hair, because it is rich in substances with a powerful antioxidant and anti-aging action. This is especially true for red and rosé wines: such as the Prosecco DOC Rosé Brut by Serena 1881, a fresh and fascinating wine, which smells of flowers and fruit.
By the way: did you know that the word “wine” has the same origin as “Venus”, the name of the most beautiful of the goddesses? In our opinion, it is no coincidence at all.

EVERY 3 MONTHS
…haircut! Oh yes, it’s necessary! Every three months, possibly the day before a full moon, you should go to the hairdresser’s to trim the ends, which become fragile due to the use of hair straighteners, blow dryers and brushes.
It will be enough to trim off 1cm to keep your hair strong by eliminating split, damaged ends.
Taking these tips will bring you amazing results: your hair will be thicker and more voluminous, with long, soft shiny strands and a healthy scalp with improved micro circulation.
